Expert Care from Neighbors Who Truly Care.
Jeremy and Lisa McNellis. Who we are:
Lisa and Jeremy McNellis have been part of the Crested Butte community for 30 years. They built Colorado Custom on a simple idea: treat every second home like it's yours.
That means five-star service, responsive communication, and the kind of personal attention that comes from genuinely caring about your property.
They know this valley. They know what it takes to keep a mountain home running smoothly- from seasonal prep to guest coordination to snow management. They know the contractors, the services, the rhythm of the seasons. And they know that when you're away, you need someone you can trust completely.
